These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and p44bet ("p44bet", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the p44bet online gaming platform available at p44bet.one and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered through the platform.

By creating a p44bet account, accessing the platform, placing any bet, depositing funds, or using any feature of the p44bet service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the p44bet platform.

These Terms apply to all p44bet services including but not limited to: cricket betting, PSL match wagering, live sports betting, live casino table games, slot machine games, Star Fishing arcade games, Keno Bonus Number draws, and any future product or service introduced by p44bet.

To use p44bet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform. p44bet strictly enforces a 21+ minimum age policy without exception.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering for personal, non-commercial use.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of a p44bet employee or business partner.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction currently active on the p44bet platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

p44bet reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time by requesting documentary proof including, but not limited to, a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of address, or other identity documents. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days will result in account suspension pending verification.

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) account on the p44bet platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device combinations — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances across all associated accounts.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address (where applicable), and your date of birth. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p44bet account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. p44bet will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be deemed authorised by you.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify p44bet support immediately via live chat so that the account can be secured. p44bet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

p44bet offers two-factor authentication (2FA) as an optional additional security measure. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA via their account security settings. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access.

p44bet accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through a range of approved payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, GrabPay, and Cash OTC. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. p44bet reserves the right to return such deposits and suspend the associated player account pending investigation.

Deposits are generally credited to your p44bet account balance instantly upon successful processing by the payment provider. p44bet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or technical issues on the payment provider's side.

• Minimum deposit amount: Rs 500 (subject to specific payment method minimums).
• Maximum deposit limits apply per method and per time period as displayed in your account deposit section.
• p44bet does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposited funds are held in segregated player fund accounts separate from p44bet operational funds.

Players may withdraw available balances (real money balance minus any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) to their registered payment methods at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. This is a one-time requirement but may need to be refreshed if your account details change.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically feasible.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day as stated in your account.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed within one (1) business day. Most JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes during business hours.
• Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank typically complete within one (1) to two (2) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

p44bet reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending additional verification in cases where: the withdrawal amount significantly exceeds recent deposit totals; unusual account activity is detected; or enhanced AML due diligence is required. Players will be notified of any delays and the reason for them.

Withdrawal requests for amounts above Rs 100,000 may require enhanced KYC documentation including source-of-funds declaration. This is a standard compliance measure and does not indicate any suspicion of wrongdoing on the player's part.

p44bet offers various promotional incentives to players including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are governed by specific terms displayed at the point of each offer, which form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.

General bonus conditions applicable to all p44bet promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified players only. p44bet reserves the right to exclude specific players from any promotion at its discretion.
• Each promotion has a specific wagering requirement (playthrough requirement) that must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are displayed prominently before bonus opt-in.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are forfeited if wagering requirements are not met within the specified expiry period.
• p44bet monitors accounts for bonus abuse patterns including, but not limited to: low-margin betting to clear wagering requirements, multi-accounting for bonus harvesting, and collusion between accounts.
• Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balances and any derived winnings forfeited, and their accounts may be permanently closed.
• p44bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All sports bets placed on p44bet — including cricket, PSL matches, international T20 and Test cricket, kabaddi, football, and other sporting events — are subject to p44bet's Sportsbook Rules in addition to these Terms. The Sportsbook Rules cover market-specific settlement procedures and take precedence over general Terms in case of conflict for sports betting matters.

General sportsbook rules include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. In the event of a technical error displaying incorrect odds, p44bet reserves the right to void affected bets at its sole discretion.
• Bets placed on events that have already started (where in-play betting is not offered) will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled per the specific market rules. Generally, bets on markets with no outcome will be voided and stakes returned.
• PSL (Pakistan Super League) matches postponed due to weather, security, or logistical reasons and not replayed within 48 hours will generally result in void settlements for pre-match bets. In-play bets on markets with a completed result will stand.
• p44bet reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time without prior notice — particularly in cases of suspicious betting patterns, injury news, or other information that may materially affect event outcomes.
• Maximum win limits per bet slip apply and are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. Bets above maximum win limits will be partially accepted or reduced at p44bet's discretion.

p44bet takes match-fixing extremely seriously. Any player found to have placed bets using insider knowledge, to have participated in match manipulation, or to have knowingly benefited from corrupt sporting conduct will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and the matter reported to appropriate authorities.

All casino games offered on p44bet — including live dealer table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, Teen Patti), slot machine games, Star Fishing arcade games, and Keno Bonus Number draws — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealing from professionally managed studios.

Each game has its own specific rules, paytables, and Return to Player (RTP) percentages. These are available within each game's information section. Players are encouraged to review game-specific rules before wagering.

• All game outcomes are final once the result has been generated and displayed. p44bet cannot reverse game results except in cases of proven technical malfunction.
• In the event of a verified technical malfunction that causes an incorrect game outcome, p44bet reserves the right to void the affected game round and return stakes.
• Winnings from casino games are credited to your account balance immediately upon game settlement. Casino game winnings do not carry wagering requirements unless derived from bonus play.
• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed are indicative and may vary at the time of winning. Jackpot wins are subject to p44bet's jackpot verification procedure before payout.

p44bet is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity and not a source of financial, emotional, or social harm. We provide a comprehensive suite of player protection tools accessible from every registered p44bet account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when lowered. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum permissible loss amounts over daily, weekly, or monthly periods. When the limit is reached, betting and gaming will be suspended until the period resets.

• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from p44bet. Self-exclusion periods range from 6 months to 5 years, or permanently. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period. p44bet will close your account and return your remaining balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the p44bet platform. Violation of any prohibition below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of relevant balances, and where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering multiple accounts.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to place bets or exploit casino games.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse including multi-accounting, collusion, or systematic low-margin play intended solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity.
• Placing bets using insider information or participating in any form of match manipulation.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the p44bet platform or its underlying technology.
• Using the p44bet platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Allowing minors (persons under 21) to access or use your p44bet account.
• Accessing p44bet from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, using VPNs or other means to disguise your actual location.

All content on the p44bet platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, software, game content, graphics, text, databases, and the overall platform design — is the proprietary intellectual property of p44bet or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the p44bet platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any p44bet content without prior written permission from p44bet.

The p44bet name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of p44bet trademarks — including creating fake social media accounts, phishing websites, or impersonating p44bet — is strictly prohibited and will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p44bet's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the p44bet platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

p44bet shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity — whether direct or indirect.
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance windows, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond p44bet's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Losses arising from the player's reliance on information displayed on the platform in the event of a technical error subsequently corrected.
• Any losses arising from a player's decision to gamble and the inherent risk of loss associated with wagering activities.

Nothing in these Terms limits p44bet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

p44bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms or any associated policy have been breached.
• The player has provided false registration or verification information.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity has been conducted through the account.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to p44bet, other players, or third parties.
• The player has self-excluded or requested account closure.

Upon account closure for genuine responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion, cooling-off), p44bet will return the available real-money balance to the player's registered payment method after any required verification. Upon account closure for breaches of these Terms, p44bet reserves the right to retain balances representing bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, or funds associated with fraudulent activity pending investigation.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their p44bet account may do so by contacting support via live chat at any time. Please note that voluntary account closure does not automatically activate a self-exclusion — if you wish to be excluded from all p44bet services, please specifically request self-exclusion through your account responsible gaming settings.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which p44bet is incorporated and operates as an international online gaming platform.

In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, account decisions, or any other platform-related matter, players are encouraged to first contact p44bet's customer support team via live chat. Our support team resolves the majority of disputes promptly and fairly at first contact.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct support contact, players may submit a formal complaint in writing to [email protected]. p44bet will acknowledge formal complaints within 5 business days and provide a final response within 28 days. Where appropriate, disputes relating to game fairness may be referred to the game provider's independent certification body.

p44bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, platform functionality, payment methods, or business practices.
